Chronuve is an international watch retailer operated by SICLOPAY LTD. We currently ship to the United States and the other destinations available at checkout.

Shipping methods and prices

Standard Shipping: Free. Estimated delivery: 4–15 days.
Express Shipping: US$20. Estimated delivery: 3–10 days.

Both options are offered for our United States and Worldwide shipping zones, subject to destination eligibility at checkout. Worldwide refers to the countries currently enabled in our store and does not mean every country worldwide.

Processing and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing, carrier availability, customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather and inaccurate delivery details may affect delivery. Customers will receive tracking information when available.

Customs and duties

Import taxes, duties and local customs charges may apply depending on destination and local law. Any charges shown or collected at checkout take precedence; otherwise applicable import charges may be collected by the destination authorities or carrier.

Address changes and lost parcels

Please contact us promptly through our Contact page if you need to correct an address or if your shipment is delayed, damaged or missing. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
